DNB therefore carries out a comprehensive employee survey every year and follows up with a number of pulse surveys, to ensure management always has the necessary knowledge about how best to utilise its resources and foster engagement to retain its employees.
Employees are also given the opportunity to provide feedback on the many internal support functions in the group, in order to realise its vision of becoming Europe’s leading financial group in IT and operations in general.
As mentioned, the bank also measures satisfaction among selected major customers in order to consolidate and develop the partnership.
